Once every three years, at the Organic World Congress (OWC), IFOAM – Organics International, RDA (Rural Development Administration, South Korea) and TIPI (the Technology Innovation Platform of IFOAM) award great organic innovations and their discoverers. In the years leading to the OFIA Awards, the OFIA Secretariat and Committee organize annual summits to explore the areas in organic agriculture in need of innovative solutions. They are also an opportunity to present past and present innovations to a larger audience. This year, the thematic focus will be "Nurturing the culture of innovation in organic agriculture" where invited experts, OFIA Committee and the Innovation Committee of IFOAM - Organics International are panelists.
